01Machining
On our multi-axis CNC turn-mill centre, parts are fully machined in a single clamping. Fewer re-clampings mean less variation: your complex geometries stay compliant from the first to the last part of the series.
02Finishing
We combine automated polishing on a robotic cell, for consistency, with manual craftsmanship, for that final micron. The result: mirror-polished surfaces that meet implant requirements and critical functional surface specifications.
03Inspection
Every critical part goes through our coordinate measuring machine (CMM). You receive complete inspection reports and documented first articles (FAI): the proof of compliance your audits require.
04Engineering support
We get involved from the design stage: feasibility analysis, finite element analysis (FEA) to validate the mechanical behaviour of your parts before manufacturing, rapid prototypes, then process validation through to series production. One partner from idea to qualified part.
05Testing
Our test stand applies a controlled load, in tension or compression, to samples and finished products alike. The recorded force-displacement curves demonstrate the mechanical strength of your parts and allow real results to be compared with finite element simulation.
